  • Stakeholder Engagement: Identifying all project stakeholders (including suppliers) early in the project allows for proactive engagement plans to drive an efficient and streamlined project delivery.

  • Timeline Management: Following a thorough needs assessment and scope statement development; I prepare a project schedule (Gantt chart) to map out the project milestones and overall timeline.

  • Budget Management: Efficient planning, management and control of project costs to ensure they align with your financial constraints.

  • Scope Management: Agreeing a clear project scope at commencement allows for scope variances to be monitored proactively to void undue scope creep.

  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identifying potential risks at project inception and developing strategies to minimise or mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Quality Assurance: As a PMP practitioner, I deliver quality control processes that align with international best practice. This includes the development of a fully integrated quality plan which serves as a baseline for ongoing monitoring and controlling of project deliverables.

  • Contract Negotiation and Management: I assist clients in negotiating with suppliers and contractors throughout the project procurement stage. (Note: complex contractual matters should always be referred to legal counsel).

  • Monitoring and Controlling: During project execution stage, I utilise a range of tools and techniques (including earned value management) to track project performance and any variances to agreed baselines. I operate a fully transparent early warning reporting system to allow for corrective action to be taken before issues get out of hand.

  • Post Project Review: I work with my clients to ensure that all projects are closed out with a thorough post-project review. This includes documenting lessons learned, customer satisfaction and the transfer of pertinent data into the operations phase of the project.
