I deliver a project management consultancy service offering through all project stages, including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing. Each individual project is unique, and requires a bespoke approach based on project specific constraints and risks. I work with my clients to clearly define and document a project plan of work to bring a dedicated focus to project objectives from the start.

My skills allow me to develop a bespoke project management service tailored to your needs. Whether it’s a business plan, a website design, an event, a home renovation, or even a complex multifaceted engineering project, I offer solutions that drive efficiencies to save you time and money.

What scale of projects do you support?

My experience includes everything from short-term business case reports to large multimillion Euro capital works construction projects. On larger programmes of work, my skillset allows me to collaborate with industry subject matter experts as part of a fully integrated professional team.

What do you charge for your service?

I offer a free 30-minute consultation to new customers where I carry out a needs assessment of your project requirements. I then prepare an outline business proposal and quotation which depends on your specific needs.

As a guideline, my standard charge-out rate is €120/hr.
